Periodic maintenance is recommended to always keep it running efficiently, in order to prolong life and reduce production hours lost to unscheduled outages.
Replacement of rubber gaskets and proper cleaning of the plates allow a better thermal exchange and avoids fouling and corrosion of the plates as well as the contamination of products.
